Appeal successful! Kouyate red card rescinded
An Independent Regulatory Commission has today [Tuesday 5 April 2016] upheld a wrongful dismissal claim in relation to West Ham United’s Cheikhou Kouyate.

The player, who was dismissed for serious foul play during the game against Crystal Palace on Saturday [2 April 2016], will therefore not serve any suspension.

Can we have the last 23 minutes of the game back with 11 men as well please?

Re: Appeal successful!
Excellent news, does that mean that Clattenburg gets demoted to the Vanarama midtable end of season games, 'cos it fucking well should.

Re: Appeal successful!
They could be a bit more informative and tell us whether he gets a yellow.

I assume he hasn't, since they don't mention downgrading the red, but it would be nice if they were explicit.

Excellent, just a shame it cost us the 2 points.

Re: Appeal successful!
Hmmm, I would imagine it's totally cleared Geep, if Clattenburg had given him a yellow, no one would have said anything

Re: Appeal successful!
it was never a straight red, debatable if it was a yellow. I would say justice has been done, but it hasn't as it cost us 2 points.

3 rescinded red cards this season, is that a record?

Re: Appeal successful!
Do we get compensation as referees have cost us a 4th place ?

Re: Appeal successful!
3 red cards rescinded , pens against Everton & Chelsea for offences outside the area, keeper shoved into the net by Schweinsteiger & no pens awarded since August.

Re: Appeal successful!
All very well but do we get the period of the game back when we only had 10 players?

Re: Appeal successful!
Still really fucked off by this, we should and would have won that game with Kouyate still on the pitch. The officiating is becoming a fucking joke, and he's supposed to be one of the best?!

£8bn in TV rights for a league with £8 refs.

Re: Appeal successful!
We were so comfortable up until this ridiculous decision.
